Franck Strub

Hi everybody,

My name is Franck Paul Strub. I am 55 and I am a former Electrical Engineer specialized in Software Engineering who became a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and then a Master Black Belt at General Electric HealthCare in 2001. Since 2004, I am a consultant working with my partners on helping my clients to optimize their Business Operations and to get measurable results through actionable insights.

To realize this, my own company Equable, offers Business Operations Excellence, Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma training, coaching, certification and consultancy services to all sort of customers. For example Investment bank, Retail banks but also Industrial companies.

I teach also in renowned Engineering schools in France like Ecole Centrale Supelec de Paris, the basics of Lean, Lean Management and Lean Six Sigma to Professionals and students.

I could add also that I have several hobbies: reading paper books (yes I am old fashioned when it comes to books :-), crosswords, cooking and eating, photography, traveling, and watching sports on TV.

I practice also regularly sport. I like to swim, ski and bike.

And last but not least I love sport cars and motorbikes. Yes I have a project one day to start a blog speaking only of the GranTurismo Maserati car for Maserati GranTurismo unconditional lovers like me. But for the moment I am very happy to start the Lean Management blog which is my passion at work.

It’s a pleasure to start to share my experience and knowledge with you in this blog.

Franck from Paris.
